The High-Pressure Gas Injection System is mainly used for high-pressure operations such as gas injection for enhanced oil recovery and water-blocking gas production. Building on the customer’s existing mechanical compressor that completes medium-to-low pressure compression, the system provides secondary boosting on the high-pressure section to deliver stable and controllable high-pressure injection output, ideal for retrofitting existing assets and reinforcing high-pressure capacity.
The system adopts a hydraulically driven piston boosting structure with sealing designs suitable for ultra-high-pressure service. It runs smoothly and reliably and supports long-term continuous operation.
By working in coordination with the existing compression system, it improves high-pressure section stability without changing the original process flow, reduces equipment failure rates, and enhances overall injection system safety and operating efficiency.
